Warranty: a real life example

I was recently made aware that a new member of our head office team bought a used car shortly before joining the business. It dawned on me that it would be interesting to find out what their buying experience was like and where warranty featured in the process.

They had researched their target vehicle online and then searched on the manufacturer’s website for matches within 50 miles. A couple of cars fitted the bill and off they went to make the purchase.
