WATCH AGAIN: Targets, Incentives & Rewards in Auto Retail

  10 December 2015

Targets. It’s how the auto retail industry has been propelled since day one. But are the targets we set and use correct, and are the strategies behind these targets the best we can use? This new event from Auto Retail Network aims to answer those questions and more.

Can we learn more from the wider retail environment? What does today’s (and tomorrow’s) customer really expect?

Do we really have the right people, motivated & rewarded in the right way, to meet the demands and expectations of today’s and tomorrow’s customer?

Targets, Incentives & Rewards in Auto Retail will look at both sides of targets and targetting; half of the day will be dedicated to the relationship between franchise holders and their national sales company partners, and the other half of the day will discuss the best methods to incentivise staff – see below for the full agenda.
