Motorpoint in Chingford has put three previously long-term unemployed new recruits back in the driving seats of their careers after partnering with Ingeus, the work programme provider.
When the retailer was planning its latest branch opening, recruitment manager Adam Reynolds said he “gave Ingeus a brief on some of the roles we thought we might need assistance with, and told them what kind of people we were looking for. Because while skill sets are important, what is really important to us is that we take on staff with the right values.”
