WATCH AGAIN: The Digital Marketing Conference and 2017 Website Report Launch

  13 September 2016

Understanding the customer’s attitude and behaviour in the digital world

Meeting and exceeding your customers’ expectations – online and in the showroom.

With the constant wave of new technology and the increasingly sophisticated ‘digital customer’ both combining to shape the future direction of the industry, it is critical to understand your customer, their ‘clicks & bricks’ journey and the digital processes that will change the way your business interacts and transacts with them.

At this conference we will launch our 2017 Website Report and present the key findings, before an impressive line-up of industry experts will explore the expectations of the digitally demanding customer and offer solutions to help you, the retailer, meet these challenges. A panel discussion and Q&A session is also included, giving everyone the opportunity to influence the debate.
