Graeme Potts, CEO, Eden Motor Group
Graeme has enjoyed a highly successful and wide-ranging career in the automotive retail and business service sectors spanning over 30 years. He started his automotive career at Reg Vardy, rising to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Following Reg Vardy, Graeme enjoyed eight years with large PLCs – firstly as Group Managing Director of RAC Motoring Services, and then with Inchcape as Managing Director UK, Europe and Latin America. In 2008, Graeme formed Eden Motor Group, which is today comprised of twenty dealerships, representing the Vauxhall, Hyundai, Mazda, Fiat, Suzuki, MG and Peugeot brands.
Tracy Ellam, Commercial Director, Mazepoint
Tracy has over 23 years of automotive experience, 14 of which were within retailer finance roles, up to Finance Director, in both family-owned and PLC retailers. This included 10 years in the Mercedes-Benz network. She also spent 8 years at ASE where she was responsible for managing composite clients in the UK, Ireland and Southern Europe, whilst also delivering global and multi-market projects. Mazepoint is a business intelligence provider, creating actionable insights to ensure business leaders have the right information to continually adapt and enhance the performance of themselves and their organisation. Established over 20 years ago, Mazepoint works with thousands of users across multiple sectors, including many automotive retailer groups and OEMs.
Lyn Howdon, Global Head of Academy and Learning,Chrysalis Loyalty
Lyn Howdon is global head of academy and learning at customer retention specialist Chrysalis Loyalty. She has 28 years’ experience coaching retailers to maximise their customer renewal and retention rates. Lyn’s career started in marketing in a UK franchised retailer and has since then included working for US PCP pioneers Half A Car across a network of 600 retailers, setting up and running the Kia Academy in the UK plus helping develop a sales and service academy for the brand globally, running her own firm working with major dealer groups to improve retention and also working with CitNOW as head of academy.
Al Clarke, programme host, Auto Retail Network
Al has held senior executive roles with Ferrari, Maserati and the SMMT. Al started his career as a journalist and presenter with a decade working for the BBC and in commercial radio. He has a particular interest in the application of digital technology and connected car services in the automotive industry and regularly speaks at, and chairs events on, these issues.
